Environmental Dynamics Inc., Columbia, MO, USA has acquired the operating assets of Water Engineering Ltd. of the United Kingdom.  Mr. Ross McMillan, Managing Director of Water Engineering Ltd. has been appointed the Managing Director of European Operations for Environmental Dynamics Inc. and will continue to operate the corporate office in Adderbury, Banbury, UK as part EDI’s global expansion activities.

The EDI UK Office will provide expanded service and technical support for the full spectrum of EDI aeration and biological treatment solutions plus stocking inventory of standard diffuser products and replacement parts for most major brands by DiffuserExpress, aeration infrastructure support including installation and maintenance contract services, and the full complement of products by Water Engineering that have been a benchmark throughout Europe for almost 100 years.
