EDI currently has the following positions available:

Global Sales Manager - Direct and manage corporate global sales force, including region directors, territory managers and account managers to achieve goals.  Review and analyze sales performance against programs/plans to determine effectiveness.  Develop short and long term strategies, including sales and marketing programs and business development.  Assist in recruiting, interviewing and hiring sales staff.  Manage budgets and expenses.  Position reports to President and serves on EDI’s Leadership Team.  Position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10 years experience with progress management responsibilities. 

US Industrial Sales Manager - Develop and manage sales agents, staff and activities for the US industrial market segment.  Implement sales plan for assigned segment, and direct the work of others.  Develop technical and sales and marketing business strategy, promote and sell EDI products/services, build and maintain customer base including direct management of large accounts as required.  Assist in selecting staff, and monitor and review performance.  Analyze and prepare sales forecasts and reports.  In depth knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and biological wastewater treatment required.  Position reports to Global Sales Manager and requires a Bachelor’s degree and 6 years progress managerial experience.

US Municipal Infrastructure Sales Manager - Develop and manage sales agents, staff and activities for the US wastewater municipal infrastructure segment that complement the direct sales activities of the Diffuser Express Division.  Implement sales plan for assigned area, and direct the work of others.  Develop technical and sales and marketing business strategy, promote and sell EDI’s products/services and build and maintain customer base, including direct management of large accounts as required.  Assist in selecting staff, and monitor and review performance.  Analyze and prepare sales forecasts and reports.  In depth knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and biological wastewater treatment required.  Position reports to Director
