Job Summary

At EDI, we take pride in providing a strong work-life balance and flexibility in scheduling. This role involves travel to various job sites, often across different states, especially between spring and fall seasons. Overtime is common during busy periods.

We aim to ensure employees are comfortable while working away from home. The position offers paid travel, per diem, and hotel accommodations. EDI is an equal opportunity and veteran-friendly employer.

EDI serves customers across the continental United States. Candidates must be willing to travel long distances frequently.

Starting wage: $20/hour
Potential earnings: Up to $75,000 per year with overtime

Schedule

Work schedules vary depending on season, time zone, and workload.

* Local shop/factory work may be required when site work is unavailable
* Typical schedule: 10-hour days, 6 days per week

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Report to the SiteWorks Crew Manager
* Follow instructions and assist with field tasks
* Assist in the care and maintenance of tools and equipment
* Communicate with Site Foreman regarding issues during pre-fabrication or on-site installation

Certain vaccinations must be obtained at the time of hire for work place safety.
Required Certified in: OSHA 10, Confined Space, and H2S (trainings will be covered by EDI upon hire)
